Our 15-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 15 days of the date of delivery. Yes, it’s that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.

This is, however, applicable for orders within India only.

Yes, we do have a selection of chains to offer you. After you select a pendant, click on ‘Buy Now’. This will take you to the shopping bag, where details of your pendant will be given along with an option to browse for chains. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.

You can cancel your order from our Website. However, please note the cancellation window is open until your order is processed. We won’t be able to take the cancellation request post that.

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery products and offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. Please note that the warranty can be claimed once the return period for the order has ended.

For international delivery, we have a flat shipping charge of Rs. 1199. This charge applies to all international orders regardless of the destination country or the size of the package. We aim to provide a transparent and consistent shipping cost for our customers across the globe.
