*3. Payment*

3.1 *Payment Methods:* We accept payment through UPI & COD(Cash on delivery). Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

3.2 *Authorization:* By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

*4. Shipping and Delivery*

4.1 *Shipping Times:* We aim to ship orders promptly, usually within 48 hours , after payment is received. Estimated delivery time is expected to be within 4-5 days of placing the order.

4.2 *Shipping Costs:* Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination and the weight of the products ordered. You will be informed of the shipping costs before you finalize your purchase.

4.3 *Risk of Loss:* All items purchased from Sterlings are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

*5. Returns and Refunds*

5.1 *Return Policy:* We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 15 days for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
